This kit is designed to turn on your dust collector when you open the Dust-Gate to a wood-working machine, and turn off your dust collector when the gate is closed. The switches on all Dust-Gates are wired to the Central Control Box in parallel so that when any of your gates are opened, the dust collector turns on. If several gates are open, the dust collector will not turn off until all gates are closed. The low-voltage switches in the system activate a Central Control Box that turns on the dust collector. Simply plug the Central Control Box into the proper electrical outlet, and then plug the dust collector into the Control Box. This dust-gate easily installs onto a 4-inch dust collector hose or pipe.

Two collection bags will reduce the down time associated with the disposal of collected dust and debris, and two 1 micron canisters assure that only clean air will be returning into the shop.The filter material is spun-bond polyester and it's surface area is more than five times greater than that of standard bags. The more surface area, the less restriction on air flow, and the greater the pulling power. Now get high efficiency and great performance at the same time. To clean the canister simply turn the handle and cleaning flappers inside will shake the dust from the filter into the lower plastic bag. A unique air-flow adjustment knob will assure that both collector bags will receive equal amounts of collected “dust”.
