Air-Tech 8-12 Air Filtration Unit

The JDS Air-Tech 8-12 is the ultimate air cleaner for your shop. With two speeds this heavy-duty 1/3 hp motor produces a class-leading, 1,570 cfm unrestricted airflow and provides 800 cfm and 1250 cfm of filtered air. This will clean the air in a 35’x35’x10’ shop in less than 10 minutes. The filtration system will remove 99-percent of dust particles as small as five microns and 91-percent of particles as small as one micron in size.

A powerful blower motor will quietly circulate and filter the air in your room. No outside venting is required and existing room temperature is not affected. The JDS Air-Tech will operate most efficiently mounted to the ceiling. If a ceiling location is not convenient, a tabletop or shelf may be used. The more elevated the location, the less the air flow will be restricted. In larger areas requiring a high volume of air filtration, multiple units can be strategically placed. Changing the filters for the JDS Air-Tech systems is quick and easy. The pre-filter and the secondary bag filter both slide in and out with ease. The disposable pre-filter will need to be changed more frequently, but can be replaced with an optional washable electrostatic pre-filter. The electrostatic pre-filter does not need to be replaced, just occasionally washed out with a mild kitchen degreaser and water from a low pressure hose. The secondary bag filter is easily accessible through an access panel door on the side of the unit, and won't need to be changed as often as the pre-filter. The final diffusing filter needs no cleaning and can be replaced with the optional charcoal filter.
