3HP Cyclone 3100-CK 2300 CFM Dust Collector

With more features and more performance, JDS is raising the bar for 2-stage Cyclone Dust Collection.

The JDS 3HP Cyclone has the most features and is the highest performing 3HP Cyclone in the industry. The TEFC motor has an aluminum housing that keeps it cooler and helps it run more efficiently. The “Turbo-Fan” impeller produces more CFM then any other collector on the market when placed under high amounts of resistance. This is important because in a shop environment the dust collector must overcome the resistance of the duct work and machinery. Removing the steel drum is quick and easy, just lift up the drum lid lever and slide out the drum. The drum is on wheels and has a window on the side so you can see how much dust you are creating and when you need to empty the drum. The “Bag Gripping Frame” will allow disposable bags to be used in the drum. The frame will keep the bag shape in the negative pressure environment.

The JDS 3HP Cyclone has a one micron efficient canister to ensure that fine dust doesn't get back into the shop. The self cleaning canister filter is equipped with its own motor that automatically turns on when the cyclone is turned off. The motor will rotate “flappers” around the inside of the canister knocking off any dust that forms on the inside of the filter.
